Three ingredient Thursday is back! Well, for this week.
Last night I made these fantastic pork chops. From prep to table only took about 45 minutes and they were juicy and delicious.
Throw a salad together and you've got a meal.
My husband bragged and bragged about them.
What you'll need:
Pork chops- I used 7 boneless.
1 - 2 cups Cheez- its crushed into crumbs (I used my food processor, but if you're feeling frustrated enjoy the satisfaction of beating crackers to a pulp.)
1 cup low-fat ranch dressing.
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a glass baking pan with Pam.
Dip the chop in Ranch dressing. (I personally don't like Ranch dressing, but I don't mind cooking with it. Go figure.)
Drag the chops through the cracker crumbs.
Place in your baking pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
