Tonight I made homemade enchiladia sauce. It was fantastic and I will be sharing this recipe later. But the best part of it was... the homemade taxo seasoning. It was simple, cheap and has no MSG.
What you'll need:
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin - or more
1 teaspoon black or garlic pepper
Dump everything in a bowl, mix together and you are done, girl!
I store mine in an old glass jar.
