Toddler-Friendly Apple and Banana Muffins (video)

My little guy loves bananas, apples and mini muffins. I decided to make him a delicious, healthy muffin with both bananas and apples. 

I thought that I would make a healthy snack that he could take to nursery school or eat for breakfast. These are a great, super healthy, toddler friendly snack or meal. 

What you'll need:

2 c. whole wheat flour

1tsp baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

1/4 cup Stevia 

1/2 cup oil

1 c. water

1 mashed banana

2 cups apples chopped and peeled

Preheat your oven to 350. 

Combine your first six ingredients in a bowl and mix. 

Then fold in your banana and apples.

Fill your muffin pan and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
