We start back to school next week. WHAT??? And I've got to get back on a more structured meal plan. Things are about to get INTENSE around here as we begin school and take on some more projects.
I know that with many of us starting back to school it would be a great time to start this challenge as we prep for what is one of the busiest parts of the year!
Best of all, I am going to be using slow cooker recipes so I can throw my ingredients in my trusted slow cooker and not have to think about dinner again for the rest of the day.
How will this challenge work?
I will be on Instagram live around 8 a.m. CST Mon-Friday showing you what's going in my slow cooker.
Each day I will also post HERE what I am making and how it turned out. (Videos will be available in case you missed them.)
I hope that I can inspire you to do some cooking and show you that it can be easy to get great meals on the table for not a lot of money.
